Our neighborhood

Our neighborhood is located right next to the North Station between the historic old town of Valencia and the exciting Ruzafa area.

Meanwhile, a veritable mosaic of cultural diversity unfolds around the corner, as our neighborhood is itself a melting pot of different cultures.

Equity:

• The North trainstation main railroad station in the city of Valencia, in the Valencian modernist style and listed as a site of cultural interest.
• Church of San Vicente de la Roqueta: considered the place where Christianity began in Valencia.
• Trinquete Pelayo: known as the cathedral of Valencian pelota.
